Our rubber and plastic production is articulated and is mostly based on articles designed by us or manufactured on customer request. Materials

Evolution and research have taught us many things. In our applications, we can supply finished parts with the most suitable materials, ranging from technopolymers to thermoplastics, from elastomers to nanocomposites.
The latter comprise a new class of materials characterized by dispersion of phases in the order of a few nanometers. The use of fillers of nanometric size (nanofillers) allows the achieving of a high degree of filler dispersion in the polymer, leading to a significant improvement of the compound's properties. The interesting feature of nanofillers is that you can reduce the amount to be added to the polymer, minimizing the undesirable effects caused by adding inorganic additives. For example, to ensure comparable stress performance, a charge of 5 to 6% in nanofiller weight is sufficient, against higher percentages of 20% in classic filler weight. Nanofillers also have another winning feature: they are recyclable and can be used in various areas of application, from automotive to lighting, from packaging to tanks, etc. With AZ, the technological evolution is at your fingertips.
